1. General Terms of Service

By using our products and services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and our company policies. Autobahn Electronics reserves the right to modify services and pricing without prior notice, although we strive to inform customers in advance wherever possible.

All hardware comes with a standard manufacturer warranty, typically ranging from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the brand and product. Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects but excludes physical damage, improper installation by third parties, or power surges.

Our installation services are covered under a 6-month service warranty. Any faults due to workmanship during this period will be rectified at no additional cost.

All payments must be made in full upon delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, and cheques (subject to clearance).

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information collected through our website or customer interactions is used solely for communication, service delivery, or internal analytics. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging. Installation fees are non-refundable. Refunds for faulty products will be processed upon manufacturer inspection and approval.

Autobahn Electronics is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of products or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
